Payment

A. Payment methods

1. Bank transfer

If payment is made by bank transfer, the order will be shipped within the business day after payment is received (you can send proof of payment by email, WeChat or WhatsApp), if payment is not received within 5 days, the order will be cancelled by default.

2. PayPal

If you use PayPal to pay for your order, please contact customer service to confirm the payment account after clicking Confirm Order. If the customer cancels the order or IT-RICAMBI does not accept the order, the amount will be refunded to the payment account.

If the payment is not received due to PayPal technical reasons or for the customer's own reasons (such as wrongly written account or incorrectly entered amount, etc.), the customer will need to contact PayPal's customer service to apply for a refund.

3. Cash on Delivery (Note: Cash on Delivery only accepts cash)

If you use Cash on Delivery (COD), a COD fee of €3 will be charged for orders under the amount for free shipping, and for orders over the free shipping amount, the COD fee will be waived.

If you refuse 3 times in a row a parcel with cash on delivery, the subsequent orders will no longer be accepted with cash on delivery and will only be accepted by bank transfer (for bank transfers, the order will be shipped upon receipt of the payment).

 

B. Shipping

Shipping costs within EU (excluding remote islands)

UPS Standard

- Orders from 0,1 to 49€, shipping cost is 10€.

- Orders from 50 to 98€, shipping cost is 5€.

- Orders from 99€ or more, shipping cost is free.

UPS Express

- Orders from 0,1 to 49€, shipping cost is 15€.

- Orders from 50 to 98€, shipping cost is 10€.

- Orders from 99 to 128€, shipping cost is 5€.

- Orders from 129€ or more, shipping cost is free.

*The amount of the orders is VAT EXCLUDED.

*For shipping costs to some remote islands or remote areas, the customer must contact the customer service.

*ATTENTION: For orders with payment method of Cash on Delivery less than the free shipping amount have 3 € processing fee.

 

C. Estimated delivery time (from the departure of the parcel)

Estimated delivery time for Central and Northern Italy:

UPS Express 1 working day, UPS Standard 2 working days.

Estimated delivery time for Southern Italy and Italy islands:

UPS Express 2 working days, UPS Standard 3 working days.

Estimated delivery time for other EU countries:

UPS Express 1 working day, UPS Standard 2 working days.

Estimated delivery times is reference only and may vary depending on holidays, traffic conditions, road conditions and the specifics of the courier sorting center in your area.

IT-RICAMBI is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of parcels.

 

D. Checking the products.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer must verify:

- That the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered.

- That all products are correct, undamaged and have our seal.

Notify Customer Service for any damage or error with photos/videos within 3 days after receiving the package by WeChat or WhatsApp.

Any report after the above-mentioned deadline (3 days) will not be considered. For each declaration made, the Customer is solely responsible for the content of the declaration made.

 

E. Order Processing

1. For the first order of a new customer or new account, please contact customer service via email, WhatsApp or WeChat to confirm the shipping information, otherwise the order will be cancelled after 5 days.

If the order is cancelled and the customer has completed the payment through PayPal, the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.

2. Shipping time (except holidays)

We ship out orders placed before:

Monday  at 17:30

Tuesday to Friday at 18:00

Additional orders placed before the cut-off time will be shipped with previous order on the same day.

*Orders placed before the cut-off time will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next business day, if you need to cancel or change the order, please contact customer service before 17:00 on the next business day.

 

F. Return policy

1. Conditions under which the return shipping cost will carry out by IT-RICAMBI:

   - Have more than 4-5 displays need to return.

   - Returns are processed every 6 months.

  *In all other cases, the shipping cost of the return will be responsible by the customer.

2. When you receive the package, please check if the product is complete, correct and has our seal. If there is any problem, please contact customer service immediately. (Note: The seal is used to identify IT-RICAMBI products, if there is not our seal, return will not be accepted)

3. Must be well tested before installing, no return or exchange after the installation.

4. If there is a problem with the product after installation or use, please contact customer service immediately via WeChat or WhatsApp, indicating the model number of the product and attaching a video or photo of the problem, and customer service will respond promptly to deal with the problem after receiving the message.

5. For products not installed or unused, there is a 6-month warranty period from the time of ordering, if the product is not used within this period, you can contact customer service to arrange for the return.

6. For pre-order products, products without the seal of IT-RICAMBI, tools, external accessories (data cables, headphones, charging head, etc.), machines, charging ports, ICs, internal connectors, display connectors and other small accessories are not covered by the warranty, and do not accept returns or exchange.

7. For the return of good products, if the return ratio exceeds 10% of the total orders, a fee of 10 euros will be charged for each 100 euros of good products. (This policy depends on the situation and is not mandatory).
